Managing energetic boundaries means being actively aware and protecting your personal energy field. Our energy is constantly interacting with the energy of the people, places, and things around us, and if we're not careful, we can absorb negative energy from others or give away our own energy unintentionally.

The world is going through a heightened, dynamic period of change. Energetic boundaries help us protect our field, keeping our energy clear and free from interference from others. To avoid being conflicted, exhausted and drained by others, we need to be able to clear and protect our energy. This helps to alleviate stress and anxiety, increase our sense of wellbeing, and enhance our ability to connect with others in a healthy and positive way. This can become your superpower in work, family, and relationships.
